Marc Oczachowski

Marc OCZACHOWSKI, General Manager of TMS, joined the company in May 1997 as Area Sales Manager, based in Lyon, France. From March 2001 to January 2004, he held management positions as General Manager of EDAP Technomed Malaysia. Previously he worked for Sodem Systems - power tools for orthopedie - as Area Sales Manager. He is graduated of Institut Commercial de Lyon, France.

Jean-Christophe Dozoul

Jean-Christophe Dozoul, Vice President Supply Chain, joined TMS in 1992 where he successively held the positions of Area Service Engineer, After Sales Service Manager, E.R.P Project Manager and Supply Chain Service Manager. Previously, Mr Dozoul was Software Project Manager for CELI, a French company. He graduated as an Hardware Engineer from Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieur en Electronique et Electrotechnique, Paris (France).

Emmanuel Blanc

Eric Soyer

Eric Soyer joined the Company in December 2006. He was previously CFO of Medica, a €270 million French company operating 108 nursing home and post-care clinics throughout France and Italy. Previously he was CFO and a Managing Director of April Group, an insurance services company listed on the Paris stock exchange, with 22 subsidiaries in France, the UK, Spain, Germany and Italy. He has international experience as a controller and cost accountant for Michelin Group in France, the United States and Africa. Eric Soyer has a BA degree from Clermont Graduate School of Management, an MBA degree from the University of Kansas and an Executive MBA degree from the HEC Paris School of Management.

Vincent Pasquier

Vincent Pasquier, Vice President Service, joined TMS in 1990 where he successively held the positions of Area Service Engineer, Service Manager for Europe, the Middle East and Latin America, Service Director for the worldwide service organization. Previously, Mr. Pasquier was International Field Service Engineer for SERES, a French company. He graduated as an Electronic Engineer.

Bruno Pagès

Bruno Pagès, Vice President Quality and Regulatory Affairs, joined TMS in 2000 as Quality Manager. Prior to TMS, Mr Pagès was consultant for QUALIMOVE, a consulting group in quality management. He holds a DESS in Quality Management from University Claude Bernard, Lyon (France).

As of June 2005, the Company employed 126 individuals on a full-time basis, of whom 29 were employed in sales and marketing, 22 in manufacturing, 37 in service, 7 in R&D, 5 in regulatory, 1 in clinical affairs and 25 in administration. Of the Company's employees, 84 were located in France, 28 in Japan, 7 in Malaysia, 5 in Italy and 2 in South Korea.
