As a result of the new corporate structure implemented as of June 25, 2002, TMS is primarily dedicated to a global Urology Devices and Services business. The company is headquartered in Lyon (France) and is headed by Hugues de Bantel. It specializes in development of lithotripters, distribution and services for a broad platform of urological devices. Besides, it is involved in contract manufacturing for a global portfolio of customers.

Worldwide distribution is performed through subsidiaries in Japan, Malaysia, Korea and through a network of agents. The manufacturing site which is also located in Lyon (France) relies upon a fully-dedicated Quality & Regulatory Affairs team and has its quality system approved as per the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 13485.
